Como notificamos en marzo, hemos actualizado las condiciones de servicio de AdSense y ya puedes revisarlas.
Las hemos actualizado para satisfacer las necesidades de editores de todo el mundo conforme seguimos mejorando nuestros productos de AdSense y AdMob. Por ejemplo, hemos incluido nuevas cláusulas relativas a las pruebas de funciones, a las actividades no válidas y al cumplimiento de políticas, así como al método que utilizamos para gestionar los pagos que recibes.
También hemos incluido nuevas condiciones sobre la protección de datos en relación con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y otros marcos de privacidad de la UE. En concreto, hemos añadido nuestras nuevas condiciones entre responsables de tratamiento de datos y nuestra política de consentimiento de usuarios de la UE actualizada (puedes obtener más información en esta página).
Acción necesaria: Inicia sesión en tu cuenta de AdSense para leer y aceptar las condiciones de servicio actualizadas. Si tienes alguna pregunta, te recomendamos que consultes a tu asesor jurídico.

Además, nos gustaría sugerirte que empieces a utilizar los nuevos controles de proveedores de tecnología publicitaria (ATP) antes del 25 de mayo del 2018. Estos controles permiten, por un lado, elegir los proveedores que podrán servir y medir anuncios en los sitios web y aplicaciones que utilicen los usuarios residentes en el Espacio Económico Europeo (EEE) y, por otro, ofrecer a dichos usuarios la opción de ver anuncios no personalizados (si así lo deseas).

Improvements to our Privacy Policy and Privacy Controls

Updating Our Privacy Policy
This month, we're updating our Privacy Policy to make it easier for you to understand what information we collect and why we collect it. We've also taken steps to improve our Privacy Checkup and other controls we provide to safeguard your data and protect your privacy.
Nothing is changing about your current settings or how your information is processed. Rather, we've improved the way we describe our practices and how we explain the options you have to update, manage, export, and delete your data.
We're making these updates as new data protection regulations come into effect in the European Union, and we're taking the opportunity to make improvements for Google users around the world.
Making our Privacy Policy easier to understand
Simpler structure & clearer language
We've improved the navigation and organization of the policy to make it easier to find what you're looking for. We've also explained our practices in more detail and with clearer language.
New descriptive videos & illustrations
Often a visual description is easier to understand than text alone, so we've added short videos and illustrations throughout the policy.
Embedded privacy controls
We've made it easier to jump to key settings directly from the policy, helping you make choices about your privacy.
The revised policy is available here and will take effect on May 25, 2018.
Improving your privacy controls
Within the past year, we updated My Activity so that you can better access and manage the data in your Google Account. We also launched a redesigned Dashboard, which allows you to easily see an overview of products you're using and your data associated with them.
This month, we've updated our Privacy Checkup with new illustrations and examples to help you make more informed choices about your key privacy controls. And since we understand that your preferences may change over time, the new Privacy Checkup enables you to sign up for regular reminders to check your privacy settings.

Updates about the Ad Technology Provider Controls launching ahead of the GDPR

As we shared in March, we are launching new Ad Technology Provider (ATP) Controls for you to choose the ad technology providers who will be able to serve and measure ads on your sites and apps for users in the European Economic Area (EEA). The controls will launch on Monday, May 7 for DFP and shortly after for AdSense and AdMob, and your settings will take effect on May 25, 2018.
We encourage you to use these controls to choose your preferred list of ad technology providers. The full list of ad technology providers featured in those controls is available in the Help Center for DFP/AdX, AdSense, and AdMob. All providers listed have shared certain information that is required by the GDPR. If you don't engage with the controls to choose your own list, we will apply a 'commonly used' list of ad technology providers. The commonly used list comprises the ad technology providers associated with the most revenue to publishers from EEA users from all programmatic demand sources.
Within these controls, you will also have the ability to:
  • Present users a choice between personalized and non-personalized ads. We have already made documentation (DFP, AdSense) available for you to pass a non-personalized signal in our tags. App developer guides are available for passing this signal (DFP Android, DFP iOS, AdMob Android, AdMob iOS).
  • Select to serve only non-personalized ads to all users in the EEA, if you wish.
  • Choose which reservation line items are eligible to serve in personalized and non-personalized mode.
Finally, to further clarify requirements under our updated EU Consent policy, as well as Google's controller position, we have published additional information on our Help Center to fully address your questions (DFP/AdX, AdSense, AdMob).
